May 22 -  Inventory of Hilltop Lake tract, just outside Sylvania Wilderness, Watersmeet, MI  Sue Trull and Bob Evans.  Additional botanists are especially invited to help inventory this property.

June 5 - Plant communities and birds - Camp Nesbit area (so. of Sidnaw, MI) in concert with Ottawa National Forest Breeding Bird Census  Bob Evans and Colleen Matula

June 12 - Black Ash Swamp and nearby sites, Alston, MI - Doug Welker and Colleen Matula

June 26 - Pilgrim River, Houghton, MI  Ian Shackleford

July 24 - Paddle and hike to TNC Tenderfoot Reserve, Presque Isle, WI  All day event; max 10 canoes/kayaks, by reservation only.  Rod Sharka and Quita Sheehan

August 7 ? (Tentative date) - Yellow Dog Plains area- Proposed mine haul road (a.k.a. "Woodland Road"), near Marquette, MI Steve Garske

August 21 - Trap Hills, Ironwood, MI Monie Shackleford

September 18 - "Oozing hillside" along Sturgeon River in Sturgeon River Gorge Wilderness south of Alston - Rated strenuous.  Doug Welker & Steve Garske
